Our Lounge Bar is a gem of elegance and intimacy, featuring large windows overlooking Via Solferino, a stylish counter, brick arches, and an exceptional bottle collection boasting over 350 selections. It's designed to make you feel at home, perfect for a business lunch, an aperitif, or to kick off or continue your evening.

Our cocktail bar serves both classic mixology staples and unique creations by our bartender. If you prefer wine, our cellar offers over 200 labels carefully selected from top Italian and international wineries.

On the food side, our Chef has crafted various options ideal for sharing. Enjoy our selection of charcuteries and cheeses, or indulge in a feast of raw seafood.

During aperitif time, drinks will be accompanied by Cerignola green olives, salted almonds and a selection of Finger Food.

PIEMONTE
A land of great wines and patience. This cocktail is a blend of two Turin vermouths, Barolo Chinato, a wine-based distillate, and Pedro Ximenez Sherry, aged in oak by Marco. And then there’s truffle, adding depth without ever taking over. It’s all about balance—just two core elements, wine and truffle, bound together by time and wood. Because Piedmont is like that: steady, reserved, unshakable. Its people, the “bogianen”, don’t rush, but when they move you remember.

LOMBARDIA
Lombardy is a land of legendary distilleries, where herbs are turned into elixirs. This cocktail follows the same philosophy. At its core: Del Cardinale saffron, macerated in vermouth to unlock its full intensity. A local gin, laced with delicate almond notes, wraps it in elegance. A whisper of absinthe, smoothing the edges of a structured cocktail. Just as Lombardy has made herbs the soul of its liquor tradition, this drink takes a single ingredient and builds an aromatic symphony around it. An homage to a region that cultivates, transforms, and reinvents.

This sour cocktail is a tribute to the dedication of those who transform their land’s bounty into something extraordinary. At its core? Parmigiano Reggiano, the ultimate symbol of craftsmanship. Alongside it, mezcal: a different land, the same rural wisdom. Then there’s Lambrusco, reduced to a deep molasses. Bold, layered, and unmistakably Emilia—where simplicity isn’t just effortless, it’s masterful. Because here, things are done right, or not at all.

TOSCANA
A land of beauty, art, and straight-talking souls. Flavor comes from the land itself—rooted in the art of turning little into plenty. If there’s one dish that embodies this philosophy, it’s pappa al pomodoro. A base of organic wheat vodka, tomato juice seasoned with Chianti red wine vinegar, Valentina sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Then comes the key element: sciocco bread syrup, grounding it with body and deep roots. A final touch of extra virgin olive oil and basil oil seals the deal. It’s a cocktail that satisfies in the most Tuscan way: when you have everything you need, there’s no need to show off.

Campanians have a gift: they charm, they win you over—always with a smile. This cocktail does the same. It looks crystal clear, as pure and simple as a glass of water. But the truth? That’s something else entirely. One sip, and you’re inside the soul of Campania, transformed into a milk punch inspired by the babà: sponge cake, vanilla, rum, and lemon. Effervescence lifts the texture, while bright citrus keeps the sweetness in check. A perfect illusion—just like the stories that weave through the alleys of Naples.

PUGLIA
A land of encounters, which has always welcomed influences without ever losing its essence— just like this cocktail. At its core, the freshness of cross-cultural inspirations: cryo-macerated basil Pisco, Fino Sherry, and a celery cordial brightened with white wine. But above it all, burrata: the heart of Puglia, welcoming every influence, yet never overshadowed. A drizzle of Puglian olive oil, a touch of tomato and basil, and the harmony is complete. Because in Puglia everything blends, but it’s always the region’s truest soul that rises to the top—creamy, unforgettable.

This non-alcoholic cocktail is a tribute to that ancient memory Sicily never forgets. Citrus shines like sunlight on baroque domes, the sweetness of homemade orgeat whispers of childhood, while the deep bitterness of carob dust echoes a time long past. Orange blossom water waves through it all, carrying the scent of a secret garden—the kind that holds the island’s true essence. Because Sicily isn’t something you understand. It’s something you feel.

SARDEGNA
A land of silence, wind, and untamed scents. Its soul lingers between the waves and the wild myrtle shrubs. This cocktail is a tribute to the island in its entirety. The brininess of the sea emerges through a marine-inspired non-alcoholic distillate, carrying whispers of salt and stone. A grapefruit and myrtle sherbet unfolds its aroma slowly, like a stroll through Sardinian hills. Soda and crushed ice stretch the drink’s rhythm. The final touch—maritime rosemary and an acidulated pineapple crisp, reminiscent of pane carasau—completes the journey. And like the Sardinians, this cocktail takes its time to tell its story.
