VOUCHER POLICY

Issuing and using VOUCHERS implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Quadri Bistrot reserves the right to verify the proper use of the VOUCHERS and to take action in the event of confirmed violations.

Validity Period

The VOUCHER can be used within 1 (one) year from the date of the confirmation email sent to the recipient of the VOUCHER.
The VOUCHER can be used from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Details

The recipient will receive the VOUCHER via email.
The VOUCHER must be used in a single transaction, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not entitle the holder to refunds for the total or unused remaining amount.
The VOUCHER is valid at either the Restaurant or the Cocktail Bar of Quadri Bistrot, located at Via Solferino 48, 20121, Milan.
It cannot be used to purchase other GIFT CARDS or GIFT VOUCHERS.
If the VOUCHER's value is insufficient for the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer at checkout.

Loss or Theft

The VOUCHER is personal and can only be used by the purchaser or the designated recipient. In case of theft or loss, the VOUCHER cannot be replaced or refunded. The risk of loss and ownership of the VOUCHER transfers to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or designated recipient. The Seller assumes no responsibility for the improper or fraudulent use of VOUCHERS by third parties.

Terms of Use

Issuing and using a VOUCHER implies acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this regulation, which remain valid until explicitly modified or replaced.
For the use of the VOUCHER, a reservation is mandatory. The Voucher code must be provided at the time of booking, which can be made by calling +390247755505 or by sending an e-mail to info@quadribistrot.it.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the booking or no-show, the Voucher will be considered used.

Proper Use of the VOUCHER

Quadri Bistrot reserves the right to verify the proper use of the VOUCHER and to take action in case of confirmed violations.
VOUCHERS obtained through any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.

Each Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable if not used within the validity period.

The Gift Voucher is valid for both lunch or dinner, excluding holidays.

Reservations are mandatory and will only be considered valid if the Gift Voucher code is mentioned at the time of booking.
